The Easter holiday meal

What is everyone doing for Easter?
Are you going out? Cooking for family? Cooking for yourself (or for two) only?
We're home for this one this year and I'm going to cook that Turkish lamb I love so much and just have dinner with my man.

We are going to Make a Beef roast (less salt than Ham)
Homemade dutch oven bread (in cast iron)
Garlic herb mashed taters
asparagus and green beans around string cheese wrapped bacon (low sodium of course)

Yeah, I'm going to make Lamb with scallions & herbs, Rice with fava beans and herbs-, asparagus and salad. Maybe a Fatoush, I'm not sure yet.

All I know is I'm cooking and I got a mess of people putting up a roof here so they'll be eating well!
