Cool Duchess! Glad you like it enough to show it off!

Did you find you need to cook yours a little longer than the recipe says to make sure it's all cooked through and tender? I find I need to do this every time I make it.

Yes, I did have to cook it a lil' longer, it also helped that I covered it after that first time too. I also tried to tweak it to make it somewhat lowfat but, it wasn't worth it, there was some sacriface to the taste.
