Nothing says summer like BBQ ribs and man oh man my favorite is a rub instead of BBQ sauce.
There are so many different kinds of rib rubs and today we're going for St. Louis style.
Ingredients:
Store this in an airtight container.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar ( I use light )
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Store this in an airtight container.
