Hello , My name is Eric and I love to cook , and grill. I Live in West Virginia and I am an Assistant Director of meat Operations , Merchandising , processing Of Beef Cattle , Hogs , and Poultry. I also Studied with a Local Chef and have many years and Experience In grilling. I am a huge fan Of Beef and Just late last year i started Eating pork and I am now Experimenting with all sorts of Pork Recipes. I love to fish and Thanks for a great friend I have a nice site dedicated to fishing , hunting and the outdoors. I hope to gain vast amounts of Knowledge and share what I know with folks as we go.
