St. Louis Style Rib Rub

Nothing says summer like BBQ ribs and man oh man my favorite is a rub instead of BBQ sauce.

There are so many different kinds of rib rubs and today we're going for St. Louis style.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup brown sugar ( I use light )
  
• 1/4 cup paprika
  
• 1 Tbsp black pepper
  
• 1 Tbsp salt
  
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
  
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
  
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  

Store this in an airtight container.

I used this on a London broil and grilled it slow to medium rare last night. OMG It was heaven!
