You crack me up. But yeah, supermarkets are notorious for putting "exotic" fruits and veggies in the wrong places.
That's why the better markets have little pictures for each item so the inept help knows what to put where and what it looks like!
I've yet to find a good firm and not mushy turnip this winter! I want to make pickled turnips but every store I've been to they're all mushy.
I got so fed up that the last one I was in had the produce manager there and I gave him an 'education' he's not going to forget!
It's illegal to keep BAD FOOD on the damn shelf!
