How about CORNED BEEF HASH cooked in a nonstick cookware. A non-stick surface is a surface engineered to reduce the ability of other materials to stick to it.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb russet potatoes, peeled and diced (1/4" pieces)
1 lb corned beef, fully cooked cut into chunks (roughly the same size as the potatoes)
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 large red bell pepper, cleaned and diced (1/4" pieces)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

you're not from Australia. your lame attempt at posting a recipe is obviously a ploy to try to sell non stick cookware. Why on earth would you put eggs and heavy cream in hash? SMH
