Arabic Coffee Saudi Arabian Style

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup very coarsely ground partially roasted coffee
1 teaspoon pulverized cardamom seeds

Place the water in a coffee pot and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and add the coffee. Return to the heat and brew over medium heat for 10 minutes then remove and pour slowly into a serving coffee pot (ibreeq) making sure the grounds remain in the first pot.
Add the cardamom and boil for 3 minutes just before serving.
