Ginger Coffee
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 tablespoons pulverized coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Return to the heat again and bring to a second boil then repeat two more times (total 4 boils) then serve in demitasse cups.
