Pickles Broccoli soup
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon basil
1 1/3 cups water
1 chicken bullion cubes
flowerets of 1 pound Broccoli
1 -_12 oz can of evaporated milk.

Combine onion flakes, white pepper, flour, basil, water bouillon cubes and salt to taste in saucepan,
Stir in broccoli; cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Remove several flowerets and reserve for garnish.
Spoon cooked mixture into blender container. Process until smooth, return to saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk. Cook until just heated through.
careful it does burn easy if you aren't watching it closely
