The name's Max, or Kira, or "Shut up!", whichever you prefer. I'm LKTraz's kid, so you'll probably see more Germanic recipes from me. That, and baked goods. Oh yeah, and my virgin drinks that end up deflowered once my dad gets a hold of them. Can't forget those.

I'm aspiring to be a chef, so if you've got any extra pointers, it'd be great to hear 'em!

My name is Dag (Dale).

I spend most of my summer time weekends Canningfrom my gardenand smoking foods for the week. In the winter i will fire the oven up and continue the summer tradition, cooking way to much for my family.

I can just about everything.
I smoke just about everything.
I grill often, and about everything.
I make breads. (Not cookies and cakes and such)
I am also polish, and have many old world polish dishes. (some i dont even like) I got granny's cook books.
I can improvise when cooking and make a great dish out of just salt and water <----- J/k but I am versitile when it comes to cooking

Being from Pennsylvania's coal region I think I can contribute a few recipes from our local fare. There's a decent ethnic mix in this area with German, Pa Dutch, Polish, Lithuanian, Russian and a few others in the pot.

I experiment in mixology from time to time and if the adult beverage area comes to pass I'll gladly share both sucesses and failures with you.

My other half is always looking for some new dishes to compliment our menu and this looks just like what I was looking for.

I found this site through my participation on another forums site. I don't think I have ever been a member of a site devoted to cooking so I am really looking forward to this. I am most interested in preparing red meat and fish dishes. I love green veggies and soups (most any variety). With colder weather on its' way, I would also love to learn how to prepare a wonderful "fresh" minestrone (would like to do more with vermicelli). I was once a vegetarian (non-vegan) and I once hung out with the frugivore community in Los Angeles...hahaha. Some of my favorite foods to eat are as follows:

favorite meat: lamb
favorite fish: King fish and red snapper
favorite pasta: vermicelli
favorite fruit: mango (and all varieties of melon)
favorite legume: crowder and navy
favorite cuisine: Mexican, middle eastern, Italian, Caribbean

Well, that's about all I can think of right off, if you have any questions for me, ask away....I'll do my best to answer.

Eric, but my friends call me Hillbilly.

What I bring to the table is years Of Experience In the Meat Industry and My Love for grilling. Most of the Ideas , Recipes and information that I will bring to the party will be from the grilling side of things. I am an Assistant Director Of meat Operations, merchandising, processing and slaughtering of Cattle, Hogs, and Poultry. I have two degrees in this field and over 14 years of experience. I will bring how to video's , as well as pictorials from grilling , to basic poultry brake down, to portional thickness for steaks, Roast, and so forth. I am here to help all I can, and if you have any Questions, comments or what not, please By All means my Butcher Block is always open.

Hello , My name is Eric and I love to cook , and grill. I Live in West Virginia and I am an Assistant Director of meat Operations , Merchandising , processing Of Beef Cattle , Hogs , and Poultry. I also Studied with a Local Chef and have many years and Experience In grilling. I am a huge fan Of Beef and Just late last year i started Eating pork and I am now Experimenting with all sorts of Pork Recipes. I love to fish and Thanks for a great friend I have a nice site dedicated to fishing , hunting and the outdoors. I hope to gain vast amounts of Knowledge and share what I know with folks as we go. My Door is always open and I hope to be grilling with yall soon!
