As I sit here reading this, I have my graham cracker crumb crust recipe in front of me getting ready to post! get out of my head girl!
That's a good idea for a fast no bake cheesecake. Did you see my NY cheesecake recipe? I'm a cheesecake purist. I like mine plain, no fruit, no toppings, no chocolate swirled into it...... It's easy to make, but OMG it's sooooo sinful and delicious. It melts in your mouth and guess what? you can freeze it!
Yep, bake it, cool it and slice it. Then freeze it. Takes like half hour to thaw one slice. Kind of like you freezing shortbread cookie dough
