Butterscotch Sauce

The uses for this sauce are limit-less! If you love the taste of butterscotch, this is for you!

Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar - packed
  
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  
• 1/4 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  

Heat brown sugar, syrup and butter over low heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cream and vanilla. Stir just before serving.

makes about 1 cup.
