horseradish cranberry relish - Pickles - 04-05-2008
Wonderful Horseradish Cranberry Relish
2 cups Cranberries cut up or use 1 pkg Craisins
1/2 small onions Grated / mix and set aside
mix well
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cups Sour cream
2 Tbls Horseradish
add to 1st mix--stir to combine
May serve immediately or freezes well
Serve as relish or dip for crackers
