how about some "Vegetti" instead of spaghetti? I whipped this up last night and served it with my own pasta sauce and a side salad and a hunk of bread and it only cost me 308 calories
You can add any kind of meat to this as well and it works.
Don't want sauce? Saute in garlic and olive oil and eat it straight up like that with a pinch of red pepper flakes (or not) and grated cheese (or not)!
