The name's Max, or Kira, or "Shut up!", whichever you prefer. I'm LKTraz's kid, so you'll probably see more Germanic recipes from me. That, and baked goods. Oh yeah, and my virgin drinks that end up deflowered once my dad gets a hold of them. Can't forget those.
I'm aspiring to be a chef, so if you've got any extra pointers, it'd be great to hear 'em!

Welcome kiddo! I hear you whipped up an awesome dessert for Christmas dinner.
My brother is a chef so if you have any specific questions about working in a professional environment or anything relating to cooking, I can ask him for you too and see what he says. But frankly, I think I cook better than him! :P Don't tell him I said that.
