Left over baked potatoes? - Dag - 08-22-2010 4-6 left over baked potatoes (as I always cook to much on the weekends and use them during the week) Slice or cube taters salt, pepper, your favorite spice(your descretion) 2-3 table spoons butter aprox. one cup milk Optional ( you favorite white salad dressing. blue cheese , ranch ect.) Put all ingrediants into a skillet and cook over lo-med heat until desired consitance (20-30 min). Enjoy Dag RE: Left over baked potatoes? - Twitchin Kitten - 08-24-2010 I do the same thing - make too much food for 2 people but left overs for lunch usually works out nicely. This sounds good too. Instead of turning my old potatoes into potato pancakes, this is a nice option for a side at dinner! Thanks. RE: Left over baked potatoes? - Dag - 08-24-2010 Mmmm.... potato pancakes or like the polish like to call them "Platskis". |
