Mango Salsa ~ Mexico - Twitchin Kitten - 06-11-2010 Yes folks, Mexico is part of North America and this mango salsa is to die for. Goes great with lime flavored chips as a dip or on the side with grilled tuna steaks, shark steaks, mahi mahi, or other similar fish. Mango Salsa makes a big batch! Ingredients:
Chop all ingredients as per above and blend together in a bowl. Chill for about an hour or so to let the flavors 'marry' and enjoy! Note: If you don't want such a large amount, cut the recipe in half or thirds. [attachment=71] <-- click for full size view! |
