RE: Shoo-fly Pie ~ USA - Duchess - 09-22-2008 My Mom recently asked me if I had ever heard of this pie, of course I said yes...There is a quaint little shop in Lancaster that shoves a slice of this pie into your hand the moment you walk through the door & every Amish stand I have ever seen has these pies, they are delish, I'm sending this recipe to my Mom right now...Thanks, TK ! RE: Shoo-fly Pie ~ USA - Twitchin Kitten - 09-22-2008 Tell your mom she can 'cheat' with the pie crusts too... simply use the Jiffy brand mixes or the frozen Pillsbury kind! Makes things so much easier and a whole lot less messy! |
