Cattle Cutters Jerky Recipe ~ * beef jerky - Eric - 04-15-2008 one Bottle of Liquid Smoke One Bottle Of Worchestershire one Bottle Of Terriaki sauce One 4 oz Season Salt One Bottle Of Tabasco Sauce One Bottle Of Garlic Powder 2 lb Brown Sugar Add 5 lb Of meat of choice , Mix All Ingreadients First. Then Place the Mix in a bucket with a lid , then add the meat. Let the mix soak in the bucket for 24-48 hours , ad to our dehydrater to desired temp. this recipe was submitted by Paul "Cattle cutter" Patton RE: Cattle Cutters Jerkey Recipe - Twitchin Kitten - 06-09-2008 If you don't have a dehydrator you can still do this easily! Simply set your oven to a very very low temperature like 175° F and put the meat on the rack or on an extremely perforated pan. Crack the oven door if you're not sure and let this 'cook' overnight. I make my jerky with simply soaking in salt water.... lots of Kosher (coarse) salt and let it soak up good. I use london broil cut or even filet mignon if I've some leftover off a whole filet that I had cut up into steaks but didn't have enough for even sized steaks from the butt end. |
