Since I have been counting calories the last couple years, I'm going to share with you what a low calorie but filling dinner looks like. You'd be surprised how much food you can eat on a 'caloric budget'!

for another 75-100 calories you can add a small side salad with one or two tablespoons light dressing.

Mahi over bruchetta with garlic steamed asparagus and a balsamic glaze drizzle - 175 calories:
Mahi = 4.25 oz
Bruchetta = 1/4 cup
10 asparagus spears

Swai fillet, sweet potato and broccoli - 230 caloires:
Swai = 4 oz. (before cooking)
1 medium sweet potato, baked
1 cup steamed broccoli
