This isn't one of mine. I got it off Light Orange Bean webiste. Click that name for the recipe:

I roasted the squash instead of steaming it and it gave a nuttier flavor. This soup is naturally sweet and very thick. I added a full extra cup of water too.

Serve it with a big hunk of crusty bread.
