Garlic herb marinated pork steak ( w/Mr.s dash 0 sodium marinade)
marinated New York strip (non low sodium marinade for me)
bacon wrapped filet steak (w/ herbs de province)
asparagus marinated in herbs de province and olive oil
and an onion and mushroom foil pack, in butter and pepper.
added some hickory chunks for a smoky flavor.

Oh man, I gotta say those asparagus look real good. The steaks look good too. I don't get to eat too much red meat anymore and when I do, I am sorry to say it's not going to be grilled! I'm one of those crazies who likes their steak "black and blue" and you just can't get the grill hot enough to get that sear on the outside and keep it that rare in the middle. LOL Matt calls me a savage Smile1
