Boy, you've been the low sodium dude all week!
How much more low sodium than omitting salt and /or bacon from breakfast?
Switch to unsalted butter (done that ages ago!) for the toast, don't use salt cooking home fries (if you make potatoes with breakfast) and then what? Can't wait to see your dish!
My usual breakfast is two eggs and a cup of berries

i will from now on be low sodium for my sweet, Sweet wife. Sweet is her maiden name...
even the type of bread you use can contribute. she (we) are restricted to 2000 mg a day, that's less than a Tsp. with all my previous experiences with caning and preservering meats and making my own rubs, it has been an easy transition thus far.
I will continue to share.
once i perfect the breakfast and Italian sausage i will post it. There will be more to come shortly.
