I made these last night and they are to die for!

Salmon pinwheels with crab florentine stuffing

Bake the pinwheels in a 375ºF oven until done.
While these are baking make your garlic sauce:

Serve over rice with a vegetable.

You know I just realized I never said where or how the pinwheels came to be!

They were store bought, but if you're talented enough with fish, I'm sure you can make the stuffing of your choosing Smile1
