This is EASY to make and so refreshing. You can use any fruit as well. I'll be adding more flavors as I experiment with my own over the summer.
Watermelon Sorbet
Makes about 2 1/2 quarts
ingredients:
Put the watermelon chunks into a food processor or blender.
Add the lime juice.
Blend until it's 'mashed up' and then start adding sugar.
Taste. Add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
Put this mixture in the refrigerator until fully chilled and then freeze it in your ice cream maker.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, simply put it in a container a twice as big as needed and put it in the freezer.
Stir every two hours until fully frozen.

- 6 - 8 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
