OOOH this is tasty and dangerous if you drink it too fast, and too much of it!
Take one full 'fifth' or larger (depending on the size of your vessel) vanilla vodka.
Get a whole mess of bing cherries. If you have a pitter, great if not, just make a slit into the side of each cherry, remove the stems.
Toss the cherries into a one gallon vessel that has a spout on the bottom.
Toss in your vodka. I also like to add one or two cans of canned cherries for the juice/flavor. Just don't mistake and use pie cherries!
Let this "settle" for a good week.
Serve in martini glasses and toss in a cherry or two.
You can also eat the 'pickled' cherries if you want! Remember 'pickled' fruit will get YOU pickled!
