I am a mom and wife and I love, love, love to prepare and cook all kinds of dishes. My favorites are vegan, vegetarian, and raw vegan. Recently, I embarked upon a couple of journey's while on my YouTube account. I am known as 313HealthyMe on that site and welcome those of you who have followed me here (please be sure to identify yourself when you visit my recipe area). For 100 days I followed a HI-RAW food and fitness journey. I drank green smoothies and took wheatgrass shots every morning. Prepared my foods without cooking them and stayed away from processed foods. I also did the majority of my shopping at local farmers markets and fruit and veggie stores. For 100 days, each morning I did cardio workouts too. In addition to losing over 70 lbs I learned about juice feasting, cleansing, low-tech cooking, and other ways to increase your health through the consumption of whole foods. I completed a second 100 day raw food and fitness journey as well as a juice feast and 30 day raw food cleanse.
I am here sharing my healthy living tips, recipes, and videos with all of you. Since I began my Raw Food and Fitness journey with my You Tube account ( 313HealthyMe ), most of my videos will display as such (so do my greetings). I am currently working on a raw food lifestyle companion booklet and have plans to develop more recipes from my 313HealthyMe channel on YouTube.
