Fudge Sauce
Ingredients:
Heat milk and sugar to a rolling boil, stirring constantly being careful not to burn the milk. Boil and stir for one minute. Add chocolate, stirring until melted.
Beat over heat until smooth. (If sauce has slightly curdled appearance, beat vigorously until creamy smooth)
Remove from heat, blend in butter, vanilla and salt.
Makes 3 cups.

- 2 cups sugar
- 4 oz unsweetened (bakers) chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
