This topping is very similar to the Crumble topping with the exception that there is no cinammon in it. This topping is usually used to top pies instead of making two crusts.
Crumb Topping
Ingredients:
Neat TIP! Freeze your butter and use a cheese grater to grate the frozen butter into the mix for even distribution.
Mix all ingredients until crumbly and spread evenly on top of your pie.

- 1 cup all purpose flour (do not use self rising flour for this!)
- 1/2 cup firm butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar - packed
