Fresh Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, peeled
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 green chili
1 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until all vegetables are finely chopped. Place sauce in a serving bowl or individual ramikens for your guests.
Makes 4 - 6 servings
