Cucumber & Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

2 oz. Neufchatel cheese
2/3 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup peeled finely diced cucumber
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Beat cheese and yogurt together until smooth. Blend in cucumber, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Makes about 2 cups.
