This is easy to prepare and keeps for several days in the refrigerator. I suggest using whole spices and herbs grinding them up as needed for this recipe. You'll get a bolder flavor out of them.

Vinaigrette Dressing

makes 1 1/2 cups dressing

1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp dry English mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 fresh ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoonss water
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Place the dry ingredients in a blender and grind a few seconds. Add the liquids and blend until it becomes nice and thick.

Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours before using.
