Pizza quick snack

Ok, this takes all of 5 - 10 minutes to make and it's somewhat healthy or at least low fat.

1 Greek pita bread (it's the thick looking pita bread)
1 small tomato (preferably roma tomatos)
5 large olives (you will slice these up so you could use crushed instead)
1 slice of onion (sweet, spanish, or any variety you enjoy)
1/2 cup meat topping (ground beef/turkey or pepperoni)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind you enjoy)
1 tsp grated parmasan cheese

place the pita on a microwave safe plate then place the thinly sliced tomato, olives and onion on top. Sprinkle a small amount of the cheese on top then place the meat topping and add the remaining amount of shredded cheese. Microwave on high for approx. 1 minute. Remove and sprinkle parmasean all over the top. Let cool and slice to desired shape then enjoy.
