I'm Twitchin Kitten, your site Admin and owner of "Super Cooks".I am here to help you with any technical difficulties you may encounter on the board as well as helping out with "kitchen duty".
I love to cook. I come from a family who loves to cook and one of my brothers is a chef.
I have a wide range of experience with many styles of recipes and cuisine, some you might even call exotic.
I used to enjoy going out to restaurants for my meals until I realized that I am paying allot of money for a mediocre meal and decided that why should I eat here when I can do better myself!
I have learned that cooking a meal from "scratch" with fresh ingredients takes no longer than it does to open a box of "chemicals", 'doctor' it up, heat it up and call it a meal.
My goal with this site is to make cooking enjoyable, exciting and hopefully renew an interest in home cooking instead of taking the family to the restaurant.
