What exactly are those unpronounce-able ingredients in some of our foods? Well this guy took this question one step farther and wrote a book called:

Dear God, that's just awful !...I don't say this meanly but, it's no wonder people get sick, given the crap they put in their bodies.

Isn't it amazing? I have not touched any boxed snack since reading this! Barf
I'd rather go through the trouble of baking than poison myself!
